Over time, I’ve learned to pare down, but after being in business for some time, we’re all faced with how we want to grow and expand. Your assumption may be that you need a team–people that cost you money and time–without the certainty of real revenue growth. You may think you need to spend your time on countless free calls to find the right clients. 

But you didn’t start your business to do a ton of free work, chase lukewarm leads, or dance on TikTok for visibility. No thanks.
