Did you know that a girl’s confidence peaks at age 9?  NINE?!

It’s no wonder so many of us deal with issues around worthiness and “not enoughness”.

If you’ve been in the midst of your business, brand or book journey and ever felt alone, or worried that nobody would care, or questioned if you could really do it–you’re not alone.

This problem really is universal.

This week on Bound + Determined, I’m speaking with one of my incredible Book Proposal Blueprint students, Dina Scippa (@enoughlabs).

Dina is the Founder and CEO of Enough Labs and serves as an empowerment and confidence coach for women and girls. She is a recognized gender equality and women’s empowerment expert with over 17 years experience in power dynamics, social inclusion, intersectionality and privilege.

Her work has taken her to over 30 countries across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia – speaking to hundreds of women and girls about their lived experiences, their perspectives and their hopes for a better future.

And while I was drawn to Dina from the first moment we connected over Zoom, I can share personally that I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a transformation from someone working on their book proposal. We talk about her proposed book, The Weight of the World, and her personal revelations during this heart-filled episode.

LISTEN NOW!

We also discuss:

-The stories and struggles for women across the globe

-Looking at where our confidence begins to decline

-Dina’s decision to write a book in service to women + girls

-What Dina predicts for Gender Equity in the next 10 years

-Battling “not enoughness” during the book process

And so much more…

I’ll hope you tune in to hear her story, the stories of women around the world, and how she navigated tough emotions and beautiful transformation during the book proposal process.
